01 | payment policies
Payments will be collected via Square. When booking an appointment, a card is required to hold the appointment and that is the card that will be charged. You will receive a secure and certified email where you can input your card information.
Cash is not an accepted form of payment unless you are doing the infant aquatics program. A card will still be held for the appointment, however, it will not be charged.
02 | cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. If cancellations are made in less than 24 hours, a $50 fee will be charged to the card on file. The exception to this is poor weather. If poor weather arises we will text you in the morning to confirm whether lessons will continue or not.
If you cancel or wish to discontinue lessons in the middle of a session, you will be charged the remainder amount for those lessons for that session. For more information do not hesitate to reach out.
03 | Group Lessons and/or GRoup cancellations
A max of 3 students can share a 30 minute lesson (Jellyfish or Starfish Stroke School ONLY).
The rate for 3 students that share a 30 minute lesson is:
$57 (child 1) + $20 (child 2) + $20 (child 3)= $97 – this comes out to about $32.33 per child!
The $97 will be charged to the parent that signed up for the lessons and is the person of contact.
If a student misses a class the price is adjusted according to the above pricing. Meaning if only 1 child is absent the price will drop down to: $77 for that session
The 4 week minimum booking is applied to ALL families doing the group lesson. If one chooses to leave prior to the completion of a 4 week session then the person of contact will still be charged for the remainder of the lessons for that 4 week period.
After the 4 week period if someone would like to end lessons then we can restructure the lessons to accommodate the remaining children.
A max of 4 students can share a 1 hr lesson.
The rate for 4 students that share a 1hr lesson is: $100(child 1 & child 2) + $20 (child 3) + $20 (child 4)= $140 – this comes out to about $26 per child!
The $140 will be charged to the parent that signed up for the lessons and is the person of contact.
The minimum rate for 1 hr is $100 for 1-2 children. If a student misses the price is adjusted according to the above pricing. Meaning if only 1 child is absent the price will drop down to: $120 for that session but if 2 children are absent the rate would be $100 for the hour.
1 hour long lessons cannot change to a 30 minute lesson in the middle of the 4 week session.

1 parent is required to stay outside on the steps to assist in watching the children while the instructor is teaching
Lessons can be divided up accordingly as the instructor sees fit.
For example: two students sharing a 30 minute lesson may be split into 15 min private lessons or done together depending on the individual children and what they need. Or Four students sharing an hour long session may be split into two groups for 30 min increments.
